Project Flow:Job Planning |
Step Three: Job Planning
Once WMSI is contracted to complete the project, a job action plan is developed. A written "Client Requirements" letter will be sent to the client clearly documenting all the materials and actions needed from the client so that WMSI can start and complete the project. Any delays in receiving the necessary materials or actions from the client may cause unwanted delays in the completion of the project and should be avoided.
Internally, WMSI will layout their development team's requirements and project manager will be assigned to oversee the project and interact with the client. The project is now ready to move on to the next step in the WMSI Project Flow.
