Step Eight: Review & Upgrading
Through many years of experience with our clients, WMSI understands that all projects should be reviewed by both the client and WMSI approximately 60 days after the project goes live. Looking closely at the projects effectiveness in reaching the short term goals established by the client and looking forward to see if the project is inline to hit the targeted long terms goals is a very valuable exercise.
Many times the "system, program, website or function" is successfully achieving what was expected, also many times it has uncovered the need for a tweak or upgrade to the logic or design. This can be undertaken immediately or planned for a later date. WMSI will submit a new proposal for any new work needed.
WMSI suggests that their RightTime Survey System be used to poll the client, client's customers and web visitors to get real time feedback to the effectiveness of the "system, program, website or function". This feedback is invaluable in making good decisions based on the widest amount of vital data possible.
