Step Five: Implementation
Implementation of the project includes installation, testing, soft launching, and reworking of any needed aspects of the project code or design. Once the project code and design is signed off as being completed by the client's decision makers, training for the actual employees who will be called upon to manage and maintain the "system, program, website or function" will be planned.
