Step Six: Training
Training can take many different forms such as over-the-phone sessions, face-to-face meetings, online manuals and help screens, email correspondences or a combination of any or all of these. The type of training will be clearly called out in the proposal and is usually based on the complexity of the project.
WMSI assures that the system will be fully functional and the key people will have a full understanding of its operation and upkeep requirements.
