Step Seven: Ongoing Support
WMSI stands behind all the work that we do. Our support people will be available when ever there is need. WMSI prides itself on our client's being 100% satisfied by our work.
Our standard support period is 60 days of support once the project is completed. Additional support services are available and may have been included as an option in the original proposal or may be contracted from WMSI at any time.
An hourly fee based open ended arrangement or agreed upon monthly retainer are two options in contracting WMSI for support beyond the standard 60 day period.
