Step Two: Proposal
Upon understanding the needs of the client, WMSI will submit a proposal in writing clearly detailing what will be done and the associated costs. WMSI will work with the client to make sure that this proposal covers all of the areas of the project that the client anticipated. Costs will be broken down in total project cost and/or an hourly fee and estimate on time needed to complete the project.
The proposal will be the blueprint of the project allowing both the client and WMSI to have a clear understanding of what will be done and what the project will cost. Based on the current work load of WMSI, a targeted start date will also be set. Standard payment terms will be noted and a Project Acceptance Form will be included.
Once the Project Acceptance Form is signed and received by WMSI the project will then move on to the next step in the project flow.
